Description:This project marked my first foray into game design. It’s a simple 2D platformer primarily based on following tutorials and using assets from the Unity Asset Store, which contributed most of the visuals. Despite being built from tutorials, it played a significant role in preparing me for the creation of my later project, "://42" and sparked my deeper interest in game development. The process started off slow, but over the course of a week, I watched all the necessary tutorials and began adding my own creative twists to them. I introduced new features like trampolines, falling platforms, bananas, and water, adding unique elements to the gameplay. While this project is essentially a tutorial-based game, I thoroughly enjoyed working on it. It serves as an important step in my evolution as a game developer, much like my early animation projects illustrate my growth in animation. This project is more of a milestone, showcasing my progress and laying the groundwork for future works. The part I liked the most in this project was implementing saving and the point system, that later on lead to the various possible endings in both this game and "://42".
