Description:This project focused on visually representing traditional Portuguese recipes, particularly "bolinho de bacalhau" (codfish fritters), which hold personal significance and fond memories personaly, due to being specificaly my late grandmother's recipe. The creative process began with multiple sketches and concepts, experimenting with both traditional and imaginative color palettes.

The first two designs explored hot and cold tones to evoke contrasting temperatures, while the rainbow variation guided the viewer’s eye along a dynamic color flow. Subsequent experimental designs drew inspiration from pop art, minimalistic three-color schemes, and Cartoon Network promotional styles. The blueprint version emphasizes the recipe itself, capturing the detailed steps in a visual “map.”

Overall, this project allowed me to combine cultural heritage with creative expression, enhancing my skills in poster design and visual storytelling, while producing a diverse range of final outputs suitable for display.
